Since I lent a valuable Scholar Collar to someone who had asked and returned to me several times before only to find out after it was not returned that the person was banned, and am now told it can not be returned I think some kind of warning should have been given before I could send the item to them. Or perhaps it should not be possible to send things to such an account. ( I apparently sent it after they had been banned. )

I am not in a position to know if someone is in trouble or likely to be banned. I am sure I am not the only person to be cheated out of an Item, dog, bones or Alacrity cash by this policy.

Like most people here I operate on an honor system but right now I see no way to protect myself other then do not lend items and do no exchanges.

Having to treat others as not worthy of trust will certainly take much of the shine off this site. Not only it being unfair to the majority of the players.
